2. Services & Virtual Items

Beamz4U provides streaming, chat, and virtual items. Virtual items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Jurisdictions & Compliance

• You must follow the laws of your location and the location of your viewers. If streaming or specific categories of content (e.g., adult, gambling, controlled products) are restricted where you are, you must not stream them.
• We may geo-restrict content or block regions where the service or certain content is not permitted.
• For streamers and agencies, KYC/identity verification is required before payouts; you must provide accurate documents and comply with any additional local requirements.

4. Your Content & Conduct

• You must not post illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.
• No nudity or sexual content is allowed on Beamz4U; keep all streams clean and brand-safe.
• No spam, scams, impersonation, or unauthorized advertising.
• You grant Beamz4U a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, display, and adapt your content for operating the service.

5. Streaming & Safety

Do not stream dangerous acts or private information without consent. We may monitor, remove, or restrict streams that violate these terms.

6. Payments, Diamonds & Earnings

• Purchases are final unless required by law. Taxes and carrier/processing fees may apply.
• Diamonds/virtual items have no cash value and are non-transferable. They are used for in-app gifts and monetization.
• Streamers/agencies: earnings derived from diamonds/gifts are subject to our payout terms, KYC, and local tax compliance. Fraudulent activity or chargebacks may result in suspension and forfeiture.

7. Privacy & Cookies

We collect account info (email, username, profile, uploads) to operate Beamz4U. We use cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. See our Privacy section in the app for details.

8. Prohibited Uses

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or exploiting bugs.
• No attempts to bypass access controls, DRM, or geographic restrictions.
• No distribution of malware or attempts to disrupt the service.

9. Moderation & Suspension

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or legal requests. We may preserve or disclose data if required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that content will be available or lawful in every region.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Beamz4U is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Beamz4U harmless from claims arising from your content, conduct, or violation of these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
